Helping Children, Teens, Adults and Families
Sometimes the path to a happier and more meaningful life is obvious and we want to do whatever it takes to get there – we just don’t know where to begin. Other times the distance between where we are in life and where we want to be can seem too overwhelming to face. We may feel overwhelmed navigating our way through the unknown, and we might feel stuck and even hesitant about if and how to push forward. We may wait, hoping our circumstances will change and help us feel better and “unstuck.” Yet in the process, we can feel worse as missed opportunities and true living passes us by. With empathy and compassion, Dr. Stewart works with individuals and families with the following difficulties to identify and teach specific, practical, and long-lasting tools to overcome obstacles, get unstuck, and live a life of meaning, passion, and purpose.
